Acceptance Of Terms

The services that Envelopecafe provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use. Envelopecafe reserves the right to update the Terms of Use at any time without notice. The most current version of the Terms of Use can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.

Delivery Time Requests

Delivery request dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Envelopecafe strives to meet every deadline but there are circumstances that are out of our control. If we know in advance that a delivery date will be unattainable we will give you prior notice and the option to change or cancel your order. If circumstances arise during the course of the production schedule, such as courier issues or a machine breakdowns, Envelopecafe may be forced to ship your order later than requested and without advanced notice. In this case there would be not refund of the invoice amount.

Returns

Only non-printed, undamaged products are eligible for return. Returns must be done within 10 business days of the initial delivery. A restocking fee of 20% will apply and you will be responsible for return shipping. If you wish to make an eligible return, please notify us by phone: (484) 787-0220 or email: help@envelopecafe.com. Upon receipt of an approved return, Envelopecafe will issue a check for the full amount less the shipping and the 20% restocking fee. Even if you have an eligible return Envelopecafe reserves the right deny the request.

Exchanges

Only non-printed, undamaged products are eligible for an exchange. Exchanges must be done within 10 business days of the initial delivery. There is no restocking fee for exchanges that result in an invoice of equal or greater value. If the new invoice is less than the original there may be a restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping any product that you may wish to exchange for another product. Even if you have an eligible exchange Envelopecafe reserves the right deny the request.

Printed Good Returns

Envelopecafe does not accept any returns or exchanges of printed products unless we incorrectly filled your order. It is our policy that if there is an error and we are at fault, we will make it right. If there is a printing error you may choose either a complete refund or we will redo the order as fast as possible. You may be asked to present proofs of the error.
